Catch-all Emails in Web Hosting
Configuring a catch-all email mailbox will be rather easy in case you have a web hosting with us. You can enable this option through our powerful, yet easy-to-work-with Email Manager, which is part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll administer the shared hosting account itself. You will see all the email addresses that you’ve set up displayed alphabetically and on the right side of each one of them there will be a small "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly notify you whether a particular mailbox receives all the emails pertaining to a certain domain name or not. With one single mouse click on the icon you can enable or disable this option whenever you want. If there’s active email forwarding or in case some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a certain domain, you will receive a warning message from our system. The latter won’t replace/deactivate anything automatically or without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be enabled without any difficulty in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you have set up with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be enumerated in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll notice a mini symbol handily situated directly next to each one of them. With only one single click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with the option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and activate this option through the contextual menu that will pop up. In case any of the preconditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will notify you, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
